PURPOSE: A transfer device of a seat for a vehicle is provided to improve accuracy in positioning, facilitate operating, reduce the cost by the simplified structure, and prevent noise in operating. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device(10) of a seat for a vehicle comprises guide rails(20) fixed to the floor of the body of the vehicle to guide or fix wheel parts(30) to make the seat moved forward and backward; the wheel parts fitted into guide grooves(21) formed to the guide rails; connecting rods(40) to ends of which wheel parts are installed; bypass pipes(50) connected into the connecting rods to supply air pressure by operation of a pump(90) to the wheel parts; a cylinder apparatus(60) in which a piston rod(61) moves by air pressure by operation of the pump to vary the position of the seat; a valve unit mounted between the bypass pipes and the cylinder apparatus to vary the flow of air by a lever(75); and a seat-mounting part(80) connected with the piston rod and transferred forward and backward. The diameter of the wheel part is varied. The seat is mounted to the seat-mounting part.
