PURPOSE: A freight cover apparatus of a vehicle is provided to enable a user to fix a freight cover to a desired position and prevent freight from moving during running. CONSTITUTION: A freight cover apparatus of a vehicle includes a cover(32) for covering freight; a cover-receiving unit(31) for receiving the cover wound on a roller with a built-in spring; a cover support(33) having a barbell-shaped shaft(33a) and a head(33b); a guide bar(35) for fixing the cover support to adjust the opening and shutting degree of the cover; and a shut-off member(34) disposed to the side of the cover and connected to the cover support. The guide bar is formed in a first direction where the cover is withdrawn from the cover-receiving unit to cover freight. The guide bar has a slot within to move the cover support in the first direction and the slot is extended to the first direction. The shut-off member is formed in a band shape to prevent foreign materials from coming into the slot. The shut-off member moves along the slot according to the movement of the cover support.
