PURPOSE: A waste incinerator is provided to store wastes in a crushed state to improve the throughput with respect to the waste load at the small storage facility. CONSTITUTION: A waste incinerator is composed of a waste hopper(10), a waste breaker(20), a waste storage hopper(40), a waste compressor and dryer(50), a melting unit(70), a waste heat boiler(80), an air cooled heat exchanger(90), and a toxic gas remover(100). The waste from the waste storage hopper is compressed and dried in the waste compressor and dryer. The ash from the waste incinerator is processed into molten slag at the melting unit. The air cooled heat exchanger drops the temperature of waste gas from the incinerator and supplies hot wind for the waste compressor and dryer.
