PURPOSE: An oiling device and method is provided to minutely control oil supply amount, and to prevent the pollution of products caused by the oversupply of oil. CONSTITUTION: An oiling device is composed of a first oil storage tank(10), a second oil storage tank(70), and an oil supply unit. The second oil storage tank stores oil in the first oil storage tank, temporarily, and supplies the oil to a lubricated unit through an oil supply member(1). The oil supply unit pumps the oil in the first oil storage tank into the second oil storage tank.
