摘要 PURPOSE: An external prestressing reinforcement method for a carbon plate using a steel anchorage provided with a shear key and a flat tension jack is provided to promote economical efficiency by simplifying a working progress and shortening a period of works and to minimize the damage of a structure. CONSTITUTION: The external prestressing reinforcement method for a carbon plate using a steel anchorage provided with a shear key and a flat tension jack comprises the steps of attaching a carbon plate(210) on the surface of a bridge girder(110) and a slab using epoxy adhesives, fixing both ends of the carbon plate(210) using a steel anchorage(300), and installing a flat tension jack(600) adjacently to the steel anchorage(300) to add external prestress on the carbon plate(210) to tense the carbon plate(210) by external hydraulic pressure.
