PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a simple device, whose initial purpose is only to lift a heavy article and change a direction, that an overall weight of the device is increased or an occupied space of the device is increased because of the usage of a servo motor, and that, because a control having a more than required function is needed, a device is made more expensive than required. SOLUTION: This device for hoisting and rotating the article comprises a support having a first pivot, an arm rotatably supported around the first pivot by the support; a first cylinder actuator, whose body is attached to the support and whose rod is attached to the rod; and a second cylinder actuator rotating a holding part.
