<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excise, transpire and discharge-coagulate a tissue in a conductive solution with smaller electric power. <P>SOLUTION: A first active terminal 31 being one terminal of an output transformer 22 is connected to one end side of an active electrode, and a return terminal 32 being the other terminal of the output transformer 22 is connected to a mantle tube of a resectoscope. One terminal of a heating power source 27 is connected to the first active terminal 31 connected to one end side of the active electrode, and the other terminal of the heating power source 27 is connected to a second active terminal 33 connected to the other end side of the active electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
