<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub unit the manufacturing process of which is simpler compared to a conventional one, and in addition, for which the material recycling of wastes made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastics), which are currently discarded as industrial wastes, is possible, and also, the recycling itself of which is easy as well. <P>SOLUTION: A bathtub body layer 14 of this bathtub unit 12A is formed of an FRP (fiber reinforced plastic), and the bathtub unit 12A is equipped with a reinforcing layer 28 on the bottom part rear surface side 14a of the bathtub body layer. The reinforcing layer 28 contains an FRP crushed article 22 for which FRP product waste materials are crushed into a size of 8 mm mesh opening or lower, and is formed of a hardened article of a trowel coating film or a slushed coating film of a heat-curing resin composition 24 which is adjusted to a tenacity wherein trowel coating or slushing into a mold is possible when adjusted with a thickening inorganic powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
