PURPOSE:To attain the cost reduction through a simple working process, by cutting the basic component material of a plane parallelogram out of the raw material to form the cylindrical edge component base material and then obtaining an edge component piece which is cut crosswise. CONSTITUTION:Triangular yields 4c and 4d are cut of polyurethane-group foam raw material 3 with a cut angle of 45 deg. to form basic component material 4. The inner side, i.e., the upper side of material 4 is bent, and both foot parts 4a and 4b are adhered together via the adhesive of the like to form cylindrical edge component base material 5. After this, material 5 is cut with a fixed thickness and vertically to the direction of the axis length to obtain edge component piece 5a cut crosswise. This piece 5a is then heated and pressed via the cope and the die. In such way, the speaker diaphragm edge can be obtained easily. |
