PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction device capable of easily and accurately changing an amount of an obtained liquid extract and performing an extraction of liquid in a desired extraction time. SOLUTION: Water supplied to a water storing tank 3 in the extraction device is fed into a hot water storing tank 5 through a pipe 51. The water fed into the hot water storing tank 5 is heated by a heater 50. A temperature of hot water positioned at the upper part in the hot water storing tank 5 is detected by a temperature sensor 54. Then, when a detected temperature of the temperature sensor 54 reaches a predetermined temperature, a gear pump 6 is driven to cause the hot water in the hot water storing tank 5 to be fed into the gear pump 6 through a flowing-out passage 53, a pipe 53 and a three- way solenoid valve 60. Further, the hot water is supplied to an extraction cup 100 through a pipe 63 and a feeding needle 65. An amount of hot water supplied to the extraction cup 100 is controlled by controlling a driving voltage of the gear pump 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
