PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having an excellent tear linearity and a good hand tearability. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a substrate film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the substrate film. The substrate film comprises a polylactic acid polymer and a biodegradable polymer other than the polylactic acid polymer, the mass ratio of (the polylactic acid polymer)/(the other biodegradable polymer) being (95/5)-(60/40).
