PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin material in which normal opening occurs at the time of deployment of an air bag in an instrument panel integrally having the air bag door part formed such that a tear line does not appear on a design surface.

SOLUTION: The material for molding the skin comprises a powder of thermoplastic polyurethane resin having a glass transition temperature of -60°C to -35°C.
