<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique useful in refining in vitro virus virion on the mRNA side through tagging an in vitro virus genome without making any troublesome manipulation and also useful in preparing protein chips by immobilizing an mRNA onto a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A nucleic acid construct for preparing a conjugate of a single- stranded RNA and a protein encoded thereby is such one that a single-stranded DNA sequence capable of annealing with a sequence on the 3'-terminal side of a single-stranded RNA is contained on the 3'-terminal side and has a primer sequence for the reverse transcription of said single-stranded RNA on the 3'-terminal, and a nucleic acid derivative-terminated spacer sequence is bound in a branched manner, and an affinity substance is bound onto the 5'-terminal side of said single-stranded DNA sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
