PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat bag with a zipper and gussets in which left and right side face parts and a bottom face part are put away between a front face part and a rear face part as double-folded gussets, and a zipper is provided on an opening part, and forked triangle ears folded and formed at end parts of the gussets for side face parts cross over the gusset for the bottom face part. SOLUTION: Two folded bodies on which forked triangle ears are folded and formed and which are for forming gussets for the side face parts are piled up on left and right side edges, and point heat seals are provided at several positions thereon, and after the double-folded gusset for the bottom face part is piled up on left and right flaps extending straightly and flatly, the opening left and right flaps are folded and piled on the gusset for the bottom face part, and the rear face part is piled thereon and transverse seals and a longitudinal seal are respectively applied on both sides and the bottom edge.
