PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine in which arrangement embodiments of game nails arranged in a game region can be changed, and falling down direction of a game ball can be variably determined and movement of the game ball can be diversified. SOLUTION: A movable member 15 rotating under an approximately flat- topped condition with a board face 2 is arranged on a game board 1, and a plurality of game nails 17 are planted by a specified arrangement on the movable member 15 so as to generate a guiding flow path 16, and the movable member 15 is rotatably controlled by a specified rotating embodiment. It is possible to guide the game ball rotatably moving and flowing down in the game region 4 to an advantageous direction for a game player and to directly make the game ball enter into a prize-winning hole 6 and as the result, interest of the pachinko game can be improved.
