PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repeatedly and accurately perform calibration operation to a film- like digitizer sensor arranged in a constant position on a digitizer plate, and to safely use the inexpensive film-like digitizer sensor manufactured by a general production line, and having no moisture-proofness as a Gothic arch tracer in a wet environment in an oral cavity of an opening state. SOLUTION: A sensor housing space is arranged in the digitizer plate, and an installing part of a calibration plate is arranged, and is formed as a means for moisture-proofing the sensor by positioning the calibration plate in an always constant position on a digitizer sensor surface arranged on the digitizer plate, and covering and sealing the sensor arranged on the digitizer plate with and by a film with a pressure sensitive adhesive.
