<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive molded product having excellent thermal conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive molded product in which carbon fibers are oriented in a specified direction in a matrix, is characterized in that the ratio [I<SB>(002)</SB>/I<SB>(110)</SB>] of the diffraction peak intensity I<SB>(002)</SB>in the (002) plane of carbon to the diffraction peak intensity I<SB>(110)</SB>in the (110) plane of carbon in an X-ray diffraction diagram, when the carbon short fibers are irradiated with X-ray along the oriented direction, is ≤10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
