PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form larger spaces between each layer of a multiple heat insulating container and prevent the insulating spaces between the layers from communicating with the air during the use of the container as a result of the deformation of each container element forming each layer, and enable the free selection of the constitution of the layers. SOLUTION: The container elements 10, 20, 30 are combined integrally to form two or more layers with a space d formed between each layer to compose the multiple heat insulating container 1. Either grooves 23a, 23b or 33a, 33b are integrally formed on one of opposite faces of adjacent container elements, and either projected ribs 13a, 13b or 34a, 34b are formed on the other one of opposite faces, the ribs fitted into the bottoms of corresponding grooves with spaces S formed between the ribs and the bottoms.
