PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid peripheral wall locking structure of a packaging box for efficiently and easily assembling in a box shape. SOLUTION: Each corner side of a panel member which is either a bottom panel or a top panel having at least one corner in a plane view has two peripheral walls 3, 6 standing mutually adjoining through a folding line. When one wall 3 of the adjoining walls is folded and raised toward the adjoining end of the other wall 6, a hook 13 overlapping with the wall 6 on the adjoining end side is folded on the adjoining end of the wall 3. The wall 6 is structured with a locking hole 18 where the tip end of the hook 13 is inserted to be caught. The relation between the length r<SB>2</SB>from the folding line to the locking end of the hole 18 and the shortest length r<SB>1</SB>from the folding line to the tip end inside peripheral face of the hook 13 is set at r<SB>1</SB><r<SB>2</SB>for forming a check mechanism in inserting and locking between the hook 13 and the hole 18.
