PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a detection accuracy of a pneumatic pressure of a tire by preventing an influence caused by a factor other than the pneumatic pressure of the tire from being exerted on a detection value of the pneumatic pressure of the tire as much as possible. SOLUTION: A presumption device is provided, which obtains a wheel information reflecting the pneumatic pressure with the wheel based on a wheel speed detected by a wheel speed sensor as the first wheel informationαaccording to the previously determined first obtaining rule; and presumes the pneumatic pressure based on a result of comparison of the obtained first wheel information and a threshold valueαth. This presumption device makes a wheel information obtained based on the wheel speed according to the second obtaining rule separately from the first obtaining rule to the second wheel information fs(S32 and S33) and determines a factor which is a pneumatic pressure detection characteristic specified by at least one of the first wheel information and the threshold value and influences to the detection value of the pneumatic pressure based on the second wheel information (S33-S36).
