PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding machine control device capable of easily managing a condition that burning, cracking, and poor roundness due to a depression is not generated on work. SOLUTION: The condition is managed on the basis of the pressure by a coolant liquid in a grinding point. Namely, adjustment of a nozzle clearance and coolant flow rate is controlled so as to be in a range that is not less than pressure P1 by the coolant liquid at the grinding point at which cracking or burning is generated on the work and not more than pressure P2 by the coolant liquid at the grinding point at which poor roundness due to a depression is generated.
