PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorbing device capable of reducing device weight without deteriorating absorbing performance of an incident wave, and to provide an intake duct for an aircraft capable of reducing weight without deteriorating the absorbing performance of the incident wave.
