PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive disposable paper diaper for surely preventing liquid leakage. SOLUTION: This disposable paper diaper has a paper diaper body having a liquid permeable top sheet for covering the surface side, a liquid impermeable back sheet for covering the reverse side, an absorber interposed between the respective sheets, and a liquid leakage preventive barrier arranged on a surface of the top sheet on the lengthwise directional both sides of the absorber. It is used by sticking the paper diaper body to the body via a pressure sensitive adhesive layer by arranging the pressure sensitive adhesive layer having a surface covered with releasing paper in an upper part of the liquid leakage preventive barrier.
