PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine chopper for onion which is safe and convenient, the operation of which is simple, and in addition, which does not require a long time for chopping onion into fine pieces, and with which the pieces of onion can be cut into the same shape by anybody; and a kitchen knife having a bow-shaped blade. SOLUTION: By rotating this device itself, a rotating base can be attached without requiring a large space. Therefore, the blade can be put at any angle. By forming the blade into a special bow-shape, an applied force by hand becomes even, and strength by which anybody can use his device can be retained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
