PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film having excellent antibacterial properties, a stainproofing function, and moldability. SOLUTION: The film is obtained by subjecting the surface of a film composed of (A) a barrier resin to be selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol resin, a polyamide resin, and a polyester resin and (B) a photocatalyst of titanium oxide or zinc oxide to a chemical treatment or a physical treatment to be selected from a solvent treatment, a flame treatment, and a corona treatment.
