PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper making machine capable of preventing the speed- down in the operation of a paper making device even when a roll replacement speed in a winder machine is low, to prevent the lowering of a production efficiency. SOLUTION: This paper making machine comprising a feeding and returning machine 1, is provided with a plurality of winder machines W, and the feeding and returning machine 1 is configurated by a first feeding and returning line 10 for allowing a main winding roller R and a reel spool RS to feed and return, and a relay means 30 for allowing the main winding roller R and the reel spool RS to feed and return between the first feeding and returning line 10 and the other winder machine W2, and the relay means 30 is configurated by a moving truck 40 for transferring the main winding roller R and the reel spool RS to the first feeding and returning line 10, and a sub-feeding and returning line 31 for transferring the main winding roller R and the reel spool RS between the moving truck and the other winder machine W2.
