PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting structure for a vehicle in which a structure is simplified. SOLUTION: The battery mounting structure for a vehicle is provided with a floor panel 10; a front seat 20 arranged on the floor panel 10; and a vehicle battery pack 30 arranged below the front seat 20. The vehicle battery pack 30 has an exhaust port 34 for discharging the gas cooling the vehicle battery pack 30. The exhaust port 34 is arranged in a cabin 15 so as to be opposed to a left side part 10a of the vehicle.
