PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper with superior absorbing and holding low viscous excretions such as soft feces, and preventing its leakage. SOLUTION: In this disposable diaper 1, an absorber 4 has a lower absorbing layer 10 including a high absorptive polymer, a pair of compression resistant layers 11 respectively arranged in both side parts in an upper surface of the lower absorbing layer 10, and an upper absorbing layer 12 arranged between the pair of compression resistant layers 11 and mainly composed of nonwoven fabric.
