PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating belt capable of raising a temperature of a means for warming an organism in a short time, and capable of heating in simple equipment. SOLUTION: A cloth belt 3, a heating body 4, a heat accumulating body 5, and a heat insulating body 6 are formed of fibers mixed with stones for radiating far infrared radiation so as to form a layer shape in the direction for separating from the side directly opposed to the organism 2.
