PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of automatically sealing a workpiece having a large number of axially penetrating minute holes, and improving productivity. SOLUTION: A first workpiece holder 11 has a fitting projecting surface portion 43 wherein a workpiece holder body 27 individually provided with inflow paths 29 to a plurality of workpieces 5 in a line is fixed on a fixing block 4 fixed on a base 1 and one O-ring 42 is disposed at a tip end, and a second workpiece holder 6 has a fitting recessed surface portion 44 wherein a workpiece holder body 26 individually provided with inflow paths 28 to a plurality of the workpieces 5 in a line is fixed on a moving block 7 coupled to a rod 8 of a cylinder 19 fixed on a table 6, and capable of being fitted with the fitting projecting surface portion 43 at a tip end. The second workpiece holder 6 is pressed on the first workpiece holder 11 by the rod 8 of the cylinder 19, and the fitting projecting surface portion 43 and the fitting recessed surface portion 44 of the workpiece holder bodies 27, 26 are tightly contacted with each other through the O-ring 42, thereby sealing the flow path line.
