PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize chamfering and groove-engraving processing to a small lens with a simple mechanism, in a device for performing processing with lens rim shape data. SOLUTION: This device comprises a holding shaft 41 arranged between a main rotation tool 50 and a finishing unit 7 and rotatably supporting a lens 1; a lens position sensor 145 detecting a rotation angle of the holding shaft 41; a motor 45 driving the holding shaft 41; a lens unit 4 capable of displacing the lens 1 towards the main rotation tool 50 or the finish processing unit 7 based on the rotation angle and the lens rim shape data; and a base unit 2 for displacing the lens unit 4 in an axial direction of the holding shaft 41. The finish processing unit 7 comprises rotation tools 70 for chamfering arranged at predetermined intervals along the holding shaft 41 at a position separated from the spindle 51 by a predetermined distance; rotation tools 71 for groove engraving; and a drive motor 72 connected with these rotation tools 70, 71.
