PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid product of a powdery polymer which is produced by the precipitation polymerization of acryloyldimethytaurine or its salt (AMPS). SOLUTION: This dispersion concentrate contains at least one copolymer which is prepared by the radical copolymerization of (A) acryloyldimethyltaurine and/or its salt, (B) if necessary, at least one other olefinic noncationic comonomer, (C) if necessary, at least one olefinic unsaturated cationic comonomer, (D) if necessary, at least one silicon-containing component, (E) if necessary, at least one fluorine-containing component, and (F) at least one macromonomer, provided that the copolymerization is carried out in the presence of (G) at least one polymer additive and that component (A) is copolymerized with at least one component selected from the group consisting of (D)-(G).
