<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head which achieves excellent beauty in appearance with no drop in durability attributed to the formation of marking. <P>SOLUTION: In the golf club head having a marking 4 on the face surface 3 thereof, the marking 4 is carved by a laser marker.
