PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and a cost of a meat slicer. SOLUTION: A round cutter 14 for slicing a meat lump 13 is eccentrically rotatably arranged on a body stand 11 of the meat slicer. A meat sending-out part 22 is arranged on the right of the round cutter 14, and is provided with an inclined table 23 inclined so as to slide down the meat lump 13 by dead weight, and a pair of meat sandwiching arms 40 and 41 for opening-closing so as to sandwich the meat lump 13 on the inclined table 23. The meat lump 13 is sliced by the round cutter 14 every time when sending out the meat lump 13 on the inclined table 23 downward a prescribed quantity by a prescribed quantity by repeating operation for sliding down the meat lump 13 on the inclined table 23 by opening the meat sandwiching arms 40 and 41 and operation for stopping sliding-down of the meat lump 13 on the inclined table 23 by closing the meat sandwiching arms 40 and 41. A sliced meat piece is ejected while guiding the meat piece in the carrier conveyor direction by moving a lower end position regulating plate 26 downward when slicing the meat lump 13.
