PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of using corrosive chemicals, to decrease scattering of used grinding material, and to remove stubborn stains such as scale or an oil film with scratching a glass surface, when a glass surface stain- removing pad is attached to a vibration sander or a double action sander to remove stain on the glass surface such as scale. SOLUTION: As a structure of the stain-removing polishing pad attached to a sander, abrasive material minute powder is granulation processed to have a particle diameter of 0.3 to 3 mm, and granulation particles 1 classified in a range of 0.6 to 1.0 mm is adhered to cloth subjected to a water resisting processing or a film base material surface 2 by using synthetic resinous adhesive having water resistance. Thereby, three-dimensional projections and depressions are formed on a pad surface, and the pad smoothly carrying out holding or passing of water, having high stain removing performance, decreasing stain at machining, preventing scratching the glass surface, and having a long life can be materialized.
