<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition which hardly undergoes the degradation in hue especially when melt-molded into various heat-resistant parts, while retaining excellent clarity and mechanical properties inherent in an aromatic polycarbonate resin. <P>SOLUTION: This resin composition is prepared by incorporating (B) 0.001-5 wt.% benzofuranone type stabilizer represented by formula [3] into (A) a polycarbonate copolymer comprising an aromatic dihydroxy component which comprises 5-95 mol% of a fluorene type bisphenol represented by formula [1] (wherein R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>are each H, a 1-9C hydrocarbon group optionally containing an aromatic group, or a halogen atom) and 95-5 mol% of a bisphenol represented by formula [2] (wherein R<SB>5</SB>to R<SB>8</SB>are each H, a 1-9C hydrocarbon group optionally containing an aromatic group, or a halogen; and W is a single bond, a 1-20C hydrocarbon group optionally containing an aromatic group, O, S, SO, SO<SB>2</SB>, CO or COO). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
