PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pouring a resin foaming raw liquid certainly preventing a delivery of the insufficiently mixed resin foaming raw liquid into a mold at the time of starting of the delivery without highly increasing a manufacture cost of the foaming resin molded product; and a method for manufacturing the foaming resin molded product. SOLUTION: The device for pouring the resin foaming raw liquid is provided with a head part for mixing a foaming polyurethane raw liquid; and a nozzle 2 connected to a tip end side of the head part 1 and delivering the foaming polyurethane raw liquid. The foaming polyurethane raw liquid delivered from this nozzle 2 collides to a collision part 4 provided on the nozzle 2 and is discharged.
