PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic having good shape-retainability, and filling and forming property in the production of the cosmetic, giving excellent feeling in use and forming durable make-up. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic contains 1-15 mass% solid oil component, 15-65 mass% liquid oil component, 30-70 mass% powder and 0.01-8 mass% dextrin fatty acid ester.
