PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam massage roller capable of obtaining massage effect while washing the body without damaging the skin. SOLUTION: The foam massage roller 1 is constituted by revolvably attaching a roller 3 to a handle 2. A foam generation means 3a occluding a detergent and generating foams of the detergent by the revolution of the roller 3 is provided in the roller 3. A large number of holes 30 for leading out foams generated in the foam generation means 3a are bored in the outer peripheral surface of the roller 3 and the roller 3 is pressed to the body 4 to be revolved.
