PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic container, which prevents the contents of the container, such as gum syrup, coffee milk, or the like, from splashing the hands or clothes of a person, or spilling from the container by vibration or shaking, even by the falling of the container. SOLUTION: According to the plastic container, the body of the container has an upper opening sealed with a lid, and a projection for peel-off is formed at a prescribed part of the lid. The lid sealing the upper opening consists of a first lid (1) and a second lid (4), and a hole (3) is formed on the first lid (2), on which the second lid (4) having a peel-off part is provided.
