METHOD FOR REMOVING CONTAMINANT INSIDE BUILDING, EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS OF WASTE INCINERATING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contaminant removing method which can safely remove contaminants inside a building, equipment and an apparatus of a waste incinerating facility with high efficiency and never causes the environmental pollution by discharging the contaminants containing dioxins or the like to the outside. SOLUTION: This contaminant removing method comprises an airtightly heating step to heat to the prescribed temperature the internal space of the subject to be treated which is kept in an almost airtight state, a decomposer blowing/scattering step to blow an unheated decomposer into the heated airtight space to decompose dioxins, a primary washing step to wash the decomposer- blown internal space with high-pressure water so that the stuck contaminants are peeled off and dropped out and the decomposition reaction of dioxins with the unheated decomposer is promoted and a secondary washing step to wash the decomposition reaction-completed internal space with water and discharge the contaminants dropped out by the decomposition reaction to the outside.
