PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a puncture needle guide tool having a plurality of needling directions, an ultrasonic probe comprising the puncture needle guide tool, and an ultrasonic imaging device comprising the ultrasonic probe. SOLUTION: This puncture needle guide tool comprises a plate member 300 having a width gradually narrowed from one end to the other end, a plurality of holes 301-303 formed on an end face at one end of the plate member for inserting the puncture needle, a single hole 311 formed on an end face at the other end of the plate member for inserting the puncture needle, a hollow part 331 formed inside of the plate member for communicating the plurality of holes and the single hole to each other, and a mounting part 351 formed on an end part in the width direction of the plate member for mounting the plate member to the ultrasonic probe 2.
