PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a thin film of an organic charge transport material having a high carrier mobility by a simple process without the need for a special orientation technique, and a field-effects transistor or a switching element that is applicable for a flat panel display and easily manufactured by using the thin film. SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor material comprises a mixture of a conjugated polymer and an organometallic complex, the field-effects transistor contains the material, and a switching element is characterized by using the transistor.
