摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a finish processing under a condition that a flextion volume of a grind stone shaft is properly reduced after a rough processing. SOLUTION: While a grind stone shaft provided with a grind stone at its tip end is rotated and driven, the grind stone and a workpiece are relatively transferred to a rough processing finish target position G3 in a cutting direction, so as to roughly process a peripheral face of a workpiece 10. Then, after they are backward transferred to a finish processing start target position G1 in a direction opposite to the cutting direction, a finish processing is started. A value corresponding to the flextion volume of the grind stone shaft is detected at rough processing, and a rough processing finish target position G3 for matching the flextion volume of the grind stone shaft with a target flextion volume after the completion of the backward transfer is calculated based on the detected value and the finish processing start target position G1.
