PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blast machining method and device injecting injection material hard and fragile material such as glass beads having smooth surface and a spherical shape while keeping the spherical shape without crashing in the injection nozzle before injecting to a machined surface of work, and forming a semispherical hitting dent having a smooth surface on the machined surface. SOLUTION: In this injection nozzle 1 equipped in a pressure air blasting device, a conical convergence accelerating portion 3 wherein an inner wall surface tapered down toward a cylindrical injection pipe 6 arranged from an injection material lead-in port 5 side at one end of an injection holder 2 to a discharge port 4 at the other end has an inclining angleαis formed in the injection holder 2, thereby eliminating a flat surface and a stepped portion in the injection nozzle 1.
