PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for driving a vibration actuator by which a highly sensitive call for a user is performed in a portable device which performs the call at an incoming call by using the vibration function of the vibration actuator, and to provide the portable device, a program and a signal processing circuit for the same. SOLUTION: A random digits pattern is given to the vibration frequency of the vibration actuator 10 for the vibration call according to the method for driving the vibration actuator used for the portable device for performing the vibration call.
