PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aerosol composition capable of effectively keeping carbon dioxide on the skin, having excellent blood flow accelerating action and effective for improving the action of other active components. SOLUTION: This aerosol composition is composed of a stock liquid containing (A) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 9-14, (B) an oil having a viscosity of≤100 mPa.s at 20°C, (C) ethanol and (D) water in combination with (E) 1-9 wt.% carbon dioxide based on the total composition.
