PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration in restrictiveness of a restricting device by restraining car body pitching behavior upon head-on collision in a small vehicle having a car body frame for arranging a head pipe on the front end for steerably supporting a front fork for journaling a front wheel, and the restricting device for restricting a rider on a seat arranged in a rear part of the car body frame. SOLUTION: A guide part 15 is arranged in a front part of the car body frame 5 in a position opposed to the front wheel WF from the rear, for contacting with the front wheel WF, and guiding the contacted front wheel WF downward when the front wheel WF retreats to the car body frame 5 according to the action of a shock from the front side.
