摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance comfortability of a passenger by making the air conditioning state near the passenger in an interior approximately uniform and inhibiting a blow out noise of the air conditioning air in the case where a foaming layer 11 comprising a large number of expandable beads 47, 47,... and a skin material 9 are superposed on a base material 7 of an instrument panel 1 and an air passage 17 is formed in the foaming layer 11 to reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A large number of fine pores 19, 19... are formed on an approximately whole of the skin material 9. The air passage 17 is formed over both ends in a car width direction in the foaming layer 11 and branched passages 25, 27 branched from the air passage 17 to a front side and a rear side of the car body respectively are formed. The expandable beads 47 are fused to each other such that a large number of communication passages 49, 49... for communicating the branched passages 25, 27 with the respective fine pores 19 of the skin material 9 are formed between the expandable beads 47. The foaming layer 11 is divided to the upper foaming layer 11a and the lower foaming layer 11b while clamping the air passage 17 and the upper foaming layer 11a and the lower foaming layer 11b are superposed.
