PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and also miniaturize an apparatus. SOLUTION: On one end side of the air tube 12 (12A or 12D), an suction pad of each printing unit which sucks a new plate is connected. By an electromagnetic valve 173 for switching an air passage, a sucked air from a suction pump 11 is supplied to the suction pad or the supply is stopped. Between the electromagnetic valve 173 for switching the air passage and the pump 11, a check valve 171 (171A or 171D) is provided.
